is it possible to start the drivers ed written exam and classes before you reach the age of 15?|||Maybe, I know here in michigan you have to be 14 and 8 months (or so I think). Best guess is to go to the DMV and ask.|||Yes!!!
Fill out form "Junior Permit Statement of Facts"
Permit can only be issued if certain Hardship conditions are shown to exist. All other transportation must be inadequate. Applicant must be at least 14 and not more than 18.
