Do i need to take drivers ed for my motorcycle license in ohio?

please, answer the question i asked. don't give me other information..i have been doing research that gives me different answers so i would like to know from someone with experience. and no, i do not need a drivers license before a motorcycle license, but i do need it for a motorcycle endorsement. so i would like to know if i need to take drivers ed for a motorcycle ONLY license.|||I live in Ohio and went through the same thing:

For a PERMIT, you do not need to complete driver's ed. or the basic rider course [The permit allows you to ride as any other motorcyclist would except you cannot drive at night, you must wear a helmet at all times, you cannot carry a passenger, and you are not allowed on major highways/ freeways]

For an ENDORSEMENT/ LICENSE, you will need to pass both driver's ed and take a basic rider course [assuming a minor]|||Your answer is found right on Ohio's DMV website

http://bmv.ohio.gov/driver_license/mc_li鈥?/a>|||depends on how old you are. Under 18 you would need to, if you're 18, then you are fine without.
