What is a department approved drivers ed course in pa?

I am just about 17 and a half and if I remain accident and ticket free until then I can get my senior liscense. The only real catch is that I have to take a department approved drivers ed course. I took a drivers ed class in school but there was no road experience in that class. I just need to know what the course is or if the course I already took in school counts.|||The DMV is not very helpful in that regard, ran into one ad for a $45 online course, "state approved" bot not really teen oriented, good luck.
